Charmed

The Importance of Being Phoebe - S5-E11

Corrected entry: Close to the end of the episode, when Phoebe is going into the house pretending to be Kaia pretending to be Phoebe, Paige and Piper tell Phoebe that the demon twirls her hair, a lot. Cole also brought this to our attention much earlier in the episode. Phoebe says she's got it, and goes into the house. Paige had indicated that the problem with getting into the house was that there's a "whole load of demons" and a force field. Phoebe was to impersonate Kaia in order to get past all of these defenses. But throughout the whole time she's in the house, Phoebe never twirls her hair. (00:38:40)

Correction: That's true, but she had already proved herself to be Kaia to the demon actually guarding the door. So it's possible that the demons inside the house didn't pay that much attention to her actions after she had already been given the 'ok' by their guard.

Witch Trial - S2-E1

Corrected entry: Right after Grams says "I Love You" to the sisters at the end, we see a close-up of Phoebe. In this shot, you can see the tear in Prue's shirt, but immediately afterwards, there is a shot of Prue where it appears to be sewn or something. (00:41:55 - 00:43:00)

Correction: It is just the way her hands/arms are placed in the next shot. It closes the gap/tear but it is not sewn.

Scry Hard - S7-E17

Corrected entry: Piper and Leo both make comments about Leo's inability to self-heal now that he's a mortal. But in previous episodes, it's mentioned that Leo wasn't allowed to use his powers to heal himself.

Cubs Fan

Correction: Leo was a white-lighter before and he wasn't able to heal himself when he was hit by a dark-lighter's arrow. However, injuries such as stab wounds would heal as seen in "Saving Private Leo."

The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4

Corrected entry: In this episode the Charmed Ones are able to be frozen by the Stillman sisters, who have stolen their power using the same spell as Aunt Gail in 2-17. However in 2-17, Kryto, who has the powers of the Charmed Ones, was unable to freeze them.

Correction: In The Power of Three Blondes, the Stillman sisters not only steal their powers, but their identity as people and witches as well, basically making it so the Halliwells are no longer witches at all. This would allow for the freezing to work when it didn't before.

Witchness Protection - S7-E10

Corrected entry: In the scene where Darryl, Phoebe and the Seer are standing just outside the mental institution where they find Inspector Sheridan, Darryl asks the Seer if "Amy" would like the earrings the Seer suggests he gets for his wife, but Darryl's wife is named Sheila.

Correction: No Amy is ever mentioned. Phoebe: Actually, she brought me. Seer: Go easy on him. His wife's had him sleeping on the couch all week. Darryl: How does she know that? Phoebe: Seer. Get it? She sees things. She's perfectly harmless and actually very good at what she does. I can't hold a candle to her. Seer: Oh, that's so sweet, and so not true. (to Darryl) And don't worry. She'll get over it. Just bring her some of that marzipan that she likes.

Witchstock - S6-E11

Corrected entry: Paige is sent back to when Grams was her age; this shows that they are family and that they share similar traits. Grams having orange hair is a mistake because Paige's hair is not naturally orange, therefore has nothing to do with genetics.

Correction: It is never said once in this episode, or any other episode that Paige had red (or orange) hair because Grams did. Grams can still have red hair, even if Paige's natural color is not.

The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4

Corrected entry: When Paige tries to orb to prove her identity to Chris, she can't because Margo has cast an anti-orbing spell. But that's not possible. The Charmed Ones and Chris all orbed into the room, and Margo couldn't have cast a spell after that, or we would have seen it happen.

DavidK93

Correction: They could orb in, they just couldn't orb out.

Reckless Abandon - S2-E11

Corrected entry: In this episode the Charmed ones state that the ghost can only be vanquished by a potion on the ghost's bones (grave) or if the haunted object is destroyed. But in episode 1-20, "The Power of Two", Prue has to die herself to be able to vanquish the ghost with a spell, and we learn then that this is the only way to vanquish ghosts.

Correction: A ghost can also vanquish a ghost using a spell as another means in addition to pouring a potion over its bones/grave.

Witchstock - S6-E11

Corrected entry: When Piper and Phoebe appear in the past, Penny chides them not to "use [their] magic so openly." Immediately thereafter, Penny uses magic to turn some police officer's night sticks into flowers. That was some pretty open use of magic, right there.

DavidK93

Correction: Well, I can't remember Penny's exact wording, but even so, if someone saw Piper and Phoebe materialize out of nowhere they would've been exposed. Penny turning the nightsticks into flowers was much less obvious, because the cops would've had no way of knowing how it happened or who was responsible for doing it.

From Fear to Eternity - S1-E13

Corrected entry: It is established that Barbas can only appear every 1300 years for 24 hours, but because he became such a popular character, he reappeared in five subsequent episodes, the majority of which took place within a year of each other.

Cubs Fan

Correction: In the first episode with Barbas he was freed from the curse that only allowed him to appear every 1300 years, which is why he was able to show up frequently afterwards.

Cat House - S5-E18

Corrected entry: When Phoebe and Paige are in Piper's memory of her wedding, the warlock steps on the cake topper, crushing it. Piper feels a pain in her heart, and it shows it disappearing in the future, leading you to believe that it will have some significance. Yet, it is never brought up again in the series.

Correction: It foreshadows the couple's marriage falling apart next season.

Chris-Crossed - S6-E10

Corrected entry: Phoebe, as an empath, senses Chris' love for Bianca when he's passed out. But in "Loves a Witch", Chris drinks an empath blocking potion so that Phoebe can't sense his emotions. Even earlier on in this episode, Leo asks if she can sense anything from Chris and she replies, "From Chris? No, I can never sense anything from him." So how could she have sensed his emotions at that moment?

Correction: Chris' future fiancee had drained his powers, he was in a unconscious dying state, this could have counteracted the potion, if you take into consideration how strong Pheobe's powers are as a charmed one.

Correction: We are talking about completely different powers that act in completely different ways - it's not the same as stripping his demon half from his human half.

Used Karma - S6-E13

Corrected entry: When talking about going back to vanquish the hive king, Piper says, "What if this is the demon that gets to Wyatt?" But in the previous episode, Chris came forth and said that there never was a demon that attacked Wyatt, it was Wyatt himself that became evil.

Knever

Correction: He never implied that Wyatt became evil under his own steam - something still had to influence him.

Spin City - S6-E18

Corrected entry: Chris is very angry with Leo for never being there for him in the future because he was always working, being an Elder. But it was Chris' fault he even became an Elder.

Correction: Only in that universe where Chris went back in time - if Chris had never gone back in time, then Leo would have apparently found his own way to becoming an Elder and not have been there for Chris.

Correction: Wasn't it proven that Victor was lying to the sisters in the "Thank You for Not Morphing" episode when he said the didn't know about their powers? He is constantly lying to them in the "Thank You for Not Morphing" episode. When the sisters went back in time in the Nicolas episode, the girls still had their powers and that was after Victor had already left, so he had to know about them.

Correction: When Piper was referring to the old system, she was talking about the disorderly system that they had before. Not the alphabetized system, which they probably abandoned after the spell wore off in House's Call.

Muse to My Ears - S4-E9

Corrected entry: Why did Phoebe have to write a spell to vanquish the warlock in this episode? When they have vanquished warlocks before they used the power of three spell, "the power of three will set us free". (00:16:55)

Correction: Spells work best when written to deal with a specific demon or type of demon. There are many demons who they write spells for, and others they simply use what worked for their ancestors who then wrote the spell in the Book of Shadows.

Correction: There was actually something in their contract about not having to say the Power of Three spell too many times per season, or something to that effect. I can't remember the exact way it was written, but neither the writers nor the actresses wanted to say that spell all the time. So they only saved it for dire situations, instead of just using it to vanquish everything (because technically, they could've vanquished every demon, warlock, etc. with that spell).

Correction: The seer was predicting the future of the child they would have if the dark wedding was not performed. Since the child would be raised as a witch, without the dark ceremony, the 48 hour window relating to a witch just finding out about their powers would not apply.

Correction: Since Phoebe tricked Emma into using the power-stripping potion on Cole by allowing her to think it was a potion to vanquish him, it can be accurately stated that Phoebe was the one who stripped Cole of his powers.

The Fifth Halliwell - S4-E16

Plot hole: Cole explains that the demonic power is driving Karen mad because she is human. Cole later has Paige infected with one to drive her mad. This doesn't make sense since Paige is doubly not human, and shouldn't be driven mad. In fact the Charmed Ones have had demonic powers before and were not driven mad, but instead turned evil.

Suggested correction: They all are human, just not mortals.
