Corrected entry: At the cafe, the employee says that Niles' credit card was declined at the register because "cancelled by order of co-signatory." A co-signatory shouldn't be able to cancel the card without the other person.
The Life of the Party - S5-E22
Corrected entry: When Roz is in labor at the hospital, Daphne arrives and tells the others that she came as soon as she heard. But she is saying this to Frasier, Niles, and Martin - the only three mutual friends that she shares with Roz. Nobody else could have told her to come.
Correction: First off, it is established that Daphne and Roz have a friendship of their own and, while the audience may never see it, there is nothing to say that they do not have mutual friends. But even if they don't have mutual friends, Daphne indicates that she received a message from her date (where he made up an excuse for standing her up). It is conceivable that Frasier, Niles or Martin left a message for Daphne (off screen) and she was letting them know that she got there as soon as she received the message (since she was on a date). At worse, it was a poor choice of words but it is not a mistake.
Match Game - S11-E18
Corrected entry: The younger girl that Frasier goes on a date with has to be 20 years old or younger, since she mentions that cops took a fake ID from her (she wouldn't need a fake one if she were 21). Isn't it unlikely that someone that age would have been able to pay the $10,000 fee for Charlotte's dating service?
Correction: As Guy said, Charlottle was finding random women for dates. Also, it is not impossible that a twenty-year-old would have $10,000. Inheritance, lawsuit settlement, lottery ticket, large gift from a family member, a savings account that a parent once opened for her (which she might be able to access now because she is past the age of eighteen), etc.
Corrected entry: About 1/3 through the episode, they are in Roz's apartment. If you watch when people enter or leave the apartment, the door has a handle lockset. It also has a lock cylinder about 1 1/2 feet above it on both sides of the door. The problem is, the side of the door has no drill hole where the latch assembly should be: it's just solid wood. The lock isn't attached to anything that would enable it to work.
Correction: This is not a mistake. Often tenants install deadbolts and vacate without leaving a key, and it is quite common for the landlord to just remove the bolt assembly and patch the edge of the door. By leaving the lock in place, the landlord avoids having to replace the door, or repair a large hole through the door with 2 finished surfaces. If Roz had actually used a key in the lock, THAT would be a mistake.
Corrected entry: Clive called the condo to ask for Daphne. Later, when he is under the impression that Daphne is married to Niles, he says that Daphne is still listed in the phone book as Daphne Moon. Why is Daphne listed under Frasier's home number? The episode "Dial M For Martin" establishes that she feels a need to move on when a patient no longer needs her. At this point, she does not consider herself a permanent part of the household.
Correction: She's listed under Frasier's home number because that is also her home number.
Other mistake: When the power outage occurs, Daphne claims she can't cook the steaks, however, the cook top in the kitchen is gas. They have matches as shown by them lighting the hurricane lamps.
Suggested correction: In episode 6:02, Frasier's Curse, Niles finds Frasier's head in the stove and is worried. Frasier responses "I was cleaning it, Niles. It's electric" The matches seen in episode 2:24 were more likely used for candles (like for Frasier's bath), not the oven, because it's electric.
The range is gas burning. You can see the grates and burners indicative of a gas cook-top. The comment regarding the matches wasn't used as proof the range is gas, but merely to point out they had the ability to light the gas cook-top (to avoid someone correcting the mistake by saying maybe they had no matches). The mistake is valid. In s06e02, the cook-top is still gas and one may want to submit a character mistake for that episode because Frasier says it's electric when we see it's gas. However, if one submits the mistake, be prepared for someone to correct the mistake by pointing out that dual fuel ranges exist, so the oven could be electric and cook-top gas, Frasier has an electric oven and gas stove, or Frasier was simply lying.
Continuity mistake: At the end of 3-10 in the airport with Kate, Frasier says that he has an allergic reaction to cats but here he cat sits for Mr. Bottomsly.
Suggested correction: This has been addressed in the Questions section. Frasier is apparently choosing to deal with his allergies, in order help the cat's owner. It's also possible for allergies to be triggered by one cat, but not another. It depends on the amount of dander that the particular cat produces, and the level of Fel D. 1, a protein in their saliva.
Continuity mistake: Blaine sticks the pin in his leg and doesn't remove it, yet after a few shots it's gone.
Suggested correction: The pin is present until Daphne removes it, but in each shot the pin is rotated without anyone touching it. In some shots, it is difficult to see because it is longways on, but it is there.
Factual error: There are many factors concerning Niles' post-operative state which are very inaccurate. After open heart surgery it takes at least three months for the chest bone to heal, Niles would not be able to drive a car for weeks, nor would he be able to lift or twist which he does on the show. Also, he doesn't sport a scar. Your chest bone begins very high up, just below your neck, his scar should have been visible on numerous occasions.
Suggested correction: He has a scar in season 11 episode 8. When he's naked in the cafe. A scar just like my dads from heart surgery.
While this mistake points out many different factors, I don't think this should qualify as a valid correction. The mistake is saying in season 10 he doesn't have a visible scar when he should and the correction points to seeing a scar a third of the way into season 11.
Correction: It depends on state laws and the credit card company. A co-signor is just as liable for any accumulated debts and fees on the card, they just don't have purchasing rights. However, usually a co-signor can't just take his or her name off the account, the account has to be closed.

Are there cash registers that will reveal that a cosigner cancelled? I've been a cashier at a few places, the register always says "declined" or "insufficient funds."
I remember in the 80's and 90's instead of a card being listed as declined, the cashier (or whoever was charging the card) was instructed to call an 800-number for verification, etc. I never had to call, but certainly more information could be given over the phone.
