The Dog That Rocks the Cradle - S7-E5
Continuity mistake: When Bulldog knocks on Frasier's door, Frasier is sitting on the couch with his arm on the back. In the next shot it is down in his lap as he says "will you get that?" to Niles, but in the next shot it is up on the back of the couch again.
Legal Tender Love and Care - S8-E6
Continuity mistake: Abby orders Frasier out of her office and she bends down to pick up his jacket from the floor, even though it had been on the chair throughout the scene. She then throws it and his overcoat out the door after him - we see the jacket land on the floor and the overcoat on his head. She slams the door and the shot goes to Frasier - the jacket is now draping his head, rather than the overcoat.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the show, Niles and Frasier are shaping hamburger patties in the kitchen. Niles has a blue bottle of water which sits on the stove top in front of him. In one shot it suddenly appears on the counter to his right; even though Niles hadn't moved it. By the end of the scene it is back in front of him on the stove top.
Continuity mistake: In the last scene of this part of the show, where Frasier is trying to figure out if Cassandra is romantically interested in him - he removes his outer clothes and stands in front of her closet. We see his clothes change position several times. Sometimes they are on the back of the chair, sometimes they are on the floor. His shoes also change places. In fact, the shoes appear to move on their own at one point and are pulled tidily to one side.
The Dog That Rocks the Cradle - S7-E5
Continuity mistake: Roz and Bulldog are sitting on her couch, talking about Baby Alice. Roz has her arms folded in front of her, but in the next shot she is leaning back with her arm behind her and her hand on the couch. The change in shot also shows a change in the position of the toys on the coffee table in front of them. The Tigger puppet goes from one side of the table to the other and the little teddy turns around 180 degrees.
Three Dates and a Breakup (1) - S4-E19
Continuity mistake: Frasier and Daphne are on the elevator; Daphne has a bag of groceries. In some shots several inches of a loaf of French bread is seen, but when she gets off the elevator the bag is sealed up with no bread visible. The bread becomes visible again in later shots as they talk at the door and go into the apartment.
Continuity mistake: Early in the show, Frasier is at home - the rest of the gang have surprised him with a birthday cake. In one shot the candles are burning on the cake, in the next Frasier is cutting the cake and the candles have disappeared, with no time allowed to remove them.
Fool Me Once, Shame on You, Fool Me Twice... - S2-E14
Continuity mistake: In Cafe Nervosa, Frasier has just checked the priest's briefcase, think its his own. In one shot his hands are down by his side but in the next split second his left hand is up at his neck and then patting his tie.
Shutout in Seattle (2) - S6-E24
Continuity mistake: At the end of the show. Roz is sitting at a table with Bulldog. She picks up the stuffed dog he gave her and chases him to the door, leaving her purse behind. She then goes to the back, probably the Lady's Room. When she returns, she brings her purse with her, even though she left it on the table.
How to Bury a Millionaire - S6-E7
Continuity mistake: When Martin is asleep reading a book, from one angle he is holding the book at the bottom and from another angle, at the top.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier comes home, just after Marty has sprayed oil on the carpet, the pattern of the spray changes considerably from one shot to the next.
Continuity mistake: While Niles, Daphne, and Clive are sitting on the couch talking, the large book on the coffee table goes from closed to opened during the scene, even though no one touches it.
Continuity mistake: Just before Eddie drops his master's slippers by his chair, Marty moves his cane over to the other side of the chair. The handle is facing outward, but when the shot changes, it is now towards the couch, even though Marty didn't touch it again.
Adventures in Paradise (1) - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: Frasier goes into his booth and puts down the magazine featuring Madeline with the page open. Bulldog comes in and looks at the page, and says how attractive she is. But it is definitely not the same page that Frasier had been looking at a couple of shots before.
Continuity mistake: Eddie is sitting in Martin's chair while Daphne feeds him pate from a plate on Marty's table. At the same time she is scratching his ears. The shot changes, and without enough time for this to have happened naturally, Eddie is lying on the chair and Daphne has the plate in her hand.
Lilith Needs a Favor - S10-E13
Continuity mistake: In one shot Niles is on the phone with Daphne, in the next he's hung up the phone and put it away, without as much as a "goodbye".
Continuity mistake: Roz is in her booth and Kenny is talking to her. Her hair is hanging loosely in front of her ear but as Kenny says, "To hash out some rules", her hair is suddenly tucked behind her ear, even though she never touched it. (00:06:05)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, Roz and Frasier are standing in front of the bulletin board at KACL. As they talk, from shot to shot, the papers on the bulletin board shift position.
Whine Club - S7-E17
Continuity mistake: During the scene in Frasier's apartment when he's holding a brunch for Mel, Daphne says "it was implied" and suddenly the pitcher of Bloody Marys in front of her has much more in it that it had in the shot before.
Martin Does It His Way - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: Just after Daphne moves the urn from the table to the bookcase, the brown files on the table change position between shots.
