Blackadder (1986) - 30 mistakes in series 2
starring Hugh Laurie, Miranda Richardson, Rowan Atkinson, Stephen Fry, Tim McInnerny, Tony Robinson (add more)
All of series 2
Other: The episode "Bells" and the episode "Head" appear to be inversed in their order - Lord Percy has a beard at the beginning of "Bells," and shaves it off. However, in "Head," he's got it back. In all of the other episodes, he has no beard. Also, the song at the end of "Head" mentions Lord Blackadder's origins (it mentions Edmund's great-grandfather), which makes it more a follow-on from the 1st series.
Bells
Head
Plot hole: The timing in the episode "Head" is completely muddled up. They decide to move Lord Farrow's execution to Monday from Wednesday to give them the middle of the week off. On the Monday, just after they have established that he is dead (although, of course, it turns out they killed Lord Ponsonby instead) Lady Farrow turns up and says, "He dies tomorrow" which ought to make it Tuesday. The writers have very definitely forgotten about one day of the week.
Potato
Money
Revealing: When Percy is holding the 'Green' in his hands, light of the green reflects on the wall behind Blackadder. However the way Percy is holding the 'green' in front of Blackadder, Blackadder's shadow should be on the wall behind him, but it isn't. It's obvious green lighting is used to light up the back wall.
Beer
Continuity: When Blackadder, Queenie and Nursey are all comforting Melchett, there is a shot from the side view of Melchett, he is holding his head with his left hand. Then there is a shot from behind Melchett, he still has his hand on his head but when the shot returns to the side, Melchett no longer has his hand on his head.
