Continuity: In Back and Forth, the 'modern' Edmund makes off with the helmet we saw Georgius put on the wall. But in the next shot of the Roman Blackadder and Georgius, the helmet is still where Georgius left it.

[Baldrick has just been made a lord, much to Blackadder's annoyance, and been given £400,000.]
Blackadder: Give me the bloody money, Baldrick or you're dead.
Baldrick: Give me the bloody money Baldrick or you're dead, MY LORD.
Blackadder: Just do it Baldrick, or I shall further enoble you by knighting you very clumsily with this meat cleaver.

Across whole show
Beer (season 2, episode 5)
Other: In the episode "Beer" when Edmund leaves Melchett's house to prepare for the evening he walks away and bumps into the wall causing it to wobble.
The Black Seal (season 1, episode 6)
Plot hole: In 'The Foretelling', it is said that Richard IV reigned for "13 glorious years" with a caption showing 1485-1498. 'The Black Seal' starts on St. Junipers' Day, 1498, but Blackadder spends 12 months locked up with Mad Gerald. So when the Royal Family are finally murdered it is actually 1499.
Bells (season 2, episode 1)
Visible crew/equipment: When Kate/Bob first arrives at Blackadder's and she says, "I'm an honest hard working lad", you can see the boom mike pop into picture above her.
All of series 2 (season 2)
Continuity: During the introduction, the snake tries to get away from someone who is supposedly Blackadder. He gets the snake. It's head is above a black tile. There is then a close-up of the snake, Blackadder wags his finger at it. It is now above a white tile.
Across whole show
Visible crew/equipment: Back and Forth: When Blackadder first goes into the time machine to get the items from Baldrick, and the door goes up, you can see a crew member pushing the door closed, wearing a red shirt.
Plan E: General Hospital (season 4, episode 5)
Continuity: After his interrogation, Darling is able to run out of the doctor's office (albeit hobbled by the chair he is tied to) despite having been shot in the foot and having been seen visibly limping earlier.
Bells (season 2, episode 1)
Visible crew/equipment: When Melchet is trying to entertain the Queen and she says, "No use, Melchet, I'm still bored," you can see the boom mike pop in above her head.
Duel and Duality (season 3, episode 6)
Continuity: When George (dressed as Blackadder) is in the cellar and about to go upstairs, he has one cup on his tray, however when he arrives upstairs there are two cups on the tray.
Money (season 2, episode 4)
Revealing: When Percy is holding the 'Green' in his hands, light of the green reflects on the wall behind Blackadder. However the way Percy is holding the 'green' in front of Blackadder, Blackadder's shadow should be on the wall behind him, but it isn't. It's obvious green lighting is used to light up the back wall.
The Foretelling (season 1, episode 1)
Continuity: When Blackadder beheads King Richard, Richard's head and helmet change position while lying on the ground.
Across whole show
Continuity: In 'Blackadder Back and Forth', in the Romans scene, we see Stephen Fry enter on a chariot, wearing his helmet, however in the next shot when he is off the chariot, he is carrying the helmet without there being time for him to take it off.
Beer (season 2, episode 5)
Continuity: When Blackadder, Queenie and Nursey are all comforting Melchett, there is a shot from the side view of Melchett, he is holding his head with his left hand. Then there is a shot from behind Melchett, he still has his hand on his head but when the shot returns to the side, Melchett no longer has his hand on his head.
Visible crew/equipment: When Blackadder calls for Baldrick and asks for a raw turnip, as Baldrick enters, you can see some shadow moving on the left of the screen. It's not Baldrick's shadow and there's certainly no one else in the room that could make that shadow.
