Continuity: When Gunn is talking to Wesley near the start of the episode, he mentions that he's tracked Lindsay down, and that he's been living under the name "Doyle", and holds out the lease of his apartment. There's a close-up of the lease a few seconds later, in which the name "Lindsay McDonald" can be seen.

Trivia
While it is mentioned numerous times, the shots of Willow in her dorm (on the phone with Cordelia talking about Harmony) mark the only appearance of Sunnydale on the show. See more...

These mistakes are currently being ordered by rating.
starring Alexis Denisof, Amy Acker, Andy Hallet, Charisma Carpenter, David Boreanaz, J. August Richards, James Marsters, Mercedes McNab, Stephanie Romanov, Vincent Kartheiser (add more)
A Hole in the World
Damage
Continuity: When Angel is talking to Spike after he's had his hands re-attached, Spike is hooked up to an IV. If you watch the IV bag between shots, the fluid level changes from 1/4 full to 1/2 full.
Why We Fight
Plot hole: In the flashbacks, there is hardly any use of language from the 1940s.
The Cautionary Tale Of Numero Cinco
Continuity: When Angel is outside looking for Number 5, he is stabbed in the stomach by a demon. The next scene is when Angel returns to Wolfram & Hart right after this happens and he is still wearing the same clothes. He mentions he is still in pain and yet there are no rips or tears in his shirt and no blood stains.
You're Welcome
Character mistake: Near the end of the episode Angel says "All I did was beat up a tiny Texan" referring to Lindsey. But at the end of season one Lindsey told Angel he was from Oklahoma.
The Cautionary Tale Of Numero Cinco
Revealing: When Angel says to Wesley that "Fred has got something," and then walks out of the room, Angel's reflection is visible in a window pane in front of him. It's very brief, but it's there.
Smile Time
Deliberate "mistake": When Fred, Wesley, Gunn and Angel plan to go to the studio where "Smile Time" is filmed and they are about to leave, Puppet Angel takes a sword down from the wall behind his desk. Fred opens the door and Puppet Angel is still behind his desk. However, as they walk down the hall when the dramatic music begins to play, Puppet Angel is suddenly in front of the group. There wasn't enough time for Angel to get in front of them when Fred opens the door.
The Girl in Question
Revealing: During the whole slow motion fighting scene in the bar the punches clearly miss their targets.
All of series 5
Continuity: In the season 5 episode 'Destiny' we see that the first time Angelus meets William, he has already adopted a more cockney accent, but in an earlier episode of BtVS (Fool For Love) Angelus asks Spike "Since when do you talk like that", suggesting he changed his accent after they met.
Destiny
Plot hole: After learning about the prophecy, the gang realise that Spike's headed off already, getting a head start. Angel grabs another car and heads after him, but why use a car? We find out in the first or second episode this series that he's got access to a helicopter, which he uses to get a long way ahead of some bad guys, and which would have saved a lot of hassle this time. Can't imagine Wolfram and Hart's pilots only work in the daytime.
The Cautionary Tale Of Numero Cinco
Factual error: When the mysterious person hands Cinco the business card during the 50's flashback (in the restaurant where he is sitting waiting for business), it says "Wolfram & Hart, Attorney's at Law." Clearly, there should be no apostrophe in "Attorneys" in this context - not a mistake a professional law firm would make.
Conviction (1)
Continuity: The girl being rescued at the beginning goes from standing close to the wall, looking blank in one shot, to being further away from it looking concerned in the next.
