Continuity: Throughout the whole show, George Costanza is showed as being left-handed (eg. at the beginning of the episode titled "The Shoes", Jerry and George are writing "The Butler" script, and George can clearly be seen writing with his left hand). However, the actor himself is not, and you can spot some episodes (mostly in the first seasons) but a few in the last seasons as well, with him using his right hand for writing or eating, while in most of the show he's using his left-hand for everything.

Elaine: Maybe there's more to Newman than meets the eye.
Jerry: No. There's not. There's less.
Elaine: Well, maybe there is and we just don't know it.
Jerry: No, trust me. I've looked into his eyes. He's pure evil.

Seinfeld (1990) - 100 mistakes in entire show
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.
starring Jason Alexander, Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Michael Richards (add more)
Updates:
Series 6
Across whole show
Factual error: During the entire series, the view of Jerry's door from the hallway is of a flat wall with the door in line, yet from inside the apartment, not only does the kitchen angle into the hallway, but Jerry's fridge is recessed into the wall. The wall behind it should be blocking the hallway completely.
Continuity: The exterior shot they use when establishing Monk's cafe is completely different than what is inside in the cafe. First the outside has neon lights with just RESTAURANT. The inside of the cafe, the menus, windows and door all have Monk's cafe logo on them. Secondly the door should be in the middle of the restaurant, instead the interior shows it to be to the left of the restaurant and somewhat to the side. Lastly the windows in the exterior shot are extremely large with no writing, logo and curtains pulled to the side. Inside the cafe, the windows are much smaller, with permanent curtains coming halfway up the windows and the rest being blocked by Monk's cafe logo.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Continuity: Jerry's apartment in the first episode was on the fourth floor. Then in the next bunch of episodes it was 3A. It then changes to 5A for the remainder of the series.
The Statue (season 2, episode 6)
Continuity: In the Statue, George claims to have broken a statue that used to sit on his mantle. However, in season 6 episode 89 "The Pledge Drive", George states that he would be a completely different person if his parents had a mantle.
The Heart Attack (season 2, episode 8)
Continuity: When Jerry's sitting with George in the hospital talking about George's jacket, as Jerry says "no, I tried it on, it fits good", he's gesturing with his left hand, which he then puts in his lap. From the reverse angle though, his left hand's still raised, then he lowers it again.
The Deal (season 2, episode 9)
Continuity: When Jerry is first telling George about him and Elaine, George's plate of food changes drastically from shot to shot.
The Busboy (season 2, episode 12)
Continuity: At the end of the episode Elaine, George, and Jerry are sitting in the coffee shop and the ketchup moves from inside by Jerry to the outside of the table when Elaine's to-go order is put on the table.
The Note (season 3, episode 1)
Continuity: At the beginning of the show, when Jerry is having a massage, his hands are in front of him, under his chin. The position of his fingers change considerably after the masseuse says, "I don't know" but then return to the original position in the next shot.
Continuity: While Jerry is having his massage, the masseuse walks around the table to reach his right side and we can then see two items of clothing, one blue and one grey, hanging on the clothes stand behind them. During the rest of the scene, we only ever see the grey item hanging there.
Other: When George visits Jerry after his "man massage", he walks into Jerry's apartment without buzzing him. How could he have gotten past the building locks?
The Truth (season 3, episode 2)
Continuity: When Elaine and Jerry are standing in the kitchen talking about the volcano, her purse on the counter moves about 45 degrees.
Continuity: Jerry is waiting for George to come into his apartment and he says to Elaine and Kramer, "my oldest friend is dating the governor", and then folds his arms. In the next shot, as George comes in, Jerry is suddenly holding a glass of juice - there was no time for this change to happen naturally.
The Pen (season 3, episode 3)
Continuity: When Morty is giving Jerry directions to the scuba diving site, the pen alternates between being in Morty's hand and on the table between shots.
Revealing: While Jack is leaving the apartment after giving Jerry the pen, you can see they have put a fake background outside the front door. What's more it is not even that realistic. It looks like a forest with a river in the middle. The Seinfeld's Florida apartment is situated amongst many other apartments around it.
The Dog (season 3, episode 4)
Continuity: Shot shows a DC-10. Next shot is the inside of a plane that is not a DC-10. Only one aisle. DC-10s have two aisles.
Continuity: A couple of times while George and Elaine are in the restaurant laughing about Jerry, the piece of napkin George has been playing with disappears and reappears on the table.
The Library (season 3, episode 5)
Continuity: When Bookman is lecturing Jerry in his apartment, he picks up a navy book with gold lettering and places it on the bookshelf in front of a pink book. For the rest of the shots, the navy book disappears and the pink book is back in front.
The Parking Garage (season 3, episode 6)
Visible crew/equipment: After Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer walk out of the orange stairwell, there is a shot as they come out the door. A car drives past. The crew is reflected in the window.
Continuity: In the first scene (approximately 3 minutes in) where Jerry points out the red-headed woman in the parking garage to George, she is leaving her vehicle in a section of the garage that is labeled 14 with a green background. However, later (approximately 23 minutes in) she is shown returning to her car in section 14, but the color is now yellow.
