Continuity: When Bookman is lecturing Jerry in his apartment, he picks up a navy book with gold lettering and places it on the bookshelf in front of a pink book. For the rest of the shots, the navy book disappears and the pink book is back in front.

The Library (season 3, episode 5)
The Heart Attack (season 2, episode 8)
Continuity: When Jerry's sitting with George in the hospital talking about George's jacket, as Jerry says "no, I tried it on, it fits good", he's gesturing with his left hand, which he then puts in his lap. From the reverse angle though, his left hand's still raised, then he lowers it again.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Continuity: Jerry's apartment in the first episode was on the fourth floor. Then in the next bunch of episodes it was 3A. It then changes to 5A for the remainder of the series.
The Suicide (season 3, episode 15)
Revealing: In this episode when Jerry leaves his room to talk to his neighbour about their fight, when he shuts his door the wall shakes revealing that the place he lives in is not a real apartment.
The Calzone (season 7, episode 20)
Continuity: This mistake is in the Calzone episode. Towards the end when George walks in and his boss is looking around for the smell of calzones, George is holding a bag in his hand. In the next shot that shows the back of the boss's head the bag is now on top of a box that George is carrying. When it goes back to a close up the bag is in his hand again.
The Pen (season 3, episode 3)
Continuity: When Morty is giving Jerry directions to the scuba diving site, the pen alternates between being in Morty's hand and on the table between shots.
The Junior Mint (season 4, episode 20)
Continuity: When "Mulva" is giving Jerry a neck massage, check out the bathroom door in the background. It keeps changing from open to closed.
Across whole show
Continuity: Throughout the whole show, George Costanza is showed as being left-handed (eg. at the beginning of the episode titled "The Shoes", Jerry and George are writing "The Butler" script, and George can clearly be seen writing with his left hand). However, the actor himself is not, and you can spot some episodes (mostly in the first seasons) but a few in the last seasons as well, with him using his right hand for writing or eating, while in most of the show he's using his left-hand for everything.
The Boyfriend (1) (season 3, episode 17)
Continuity: When George is lying on the floor in his underwear, a newspaper is on his right side. When they take the reverse shot (Jerry's view of him lying there), the newspaper is on George's left side.
The Note (season 3, episode 1)
Continuity: At the beginning of the show, when Jerry is having a massage, his hands are in front of him, under his chin. The position of his fingers change considerably after the masseuse says, "I don't know" but then return to the original position in the next shot.
The Comeback (season 8, episode 13)
Continuity: In the episode "The Suicide", Kramer discusses suicide with Jerry, and says that he'd give someone 72 hours to come out of a coma before all his property is up for grabs. However, in the episode "The Comeback", Kramer tells Jerry that he never knew that people could come out of a coma.
The Parking Garage (season 3, episode 6)
Visible crew/equipment: After Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer walk out of the orange stairwell, there is a shot as they come out the door. A car drives past. The crew is reflected in the window.
The Reverse Peephole (season 9, episode 12)
Continuity: When Newman and the landlord look into Kramer's apartment through his peephole, the background doesn't match from when they look in and when he opens the door.
The Bris (season 5, episode 5)
Continuity: When Jerry and Elaine are in the kitchen talking about circumcision, in some shots there is cereal on Jerry's spoon, and in some shots there isn't.
The Finale (1) (season 9, episode 23)
Continuity: The private jet that the limo pulls up to on the ground and the one that they show the gang on while flying are two different types of planes.
The Bizarro Jerry (season 8, episode 3)
Revealing: When George puts down the hairdryer next to the picture of his "fiance", if you look at the bottom right of the screen, you will notice a blue flame most likely from a torch the crew used to create the fire.
