Continuity mistake: When Karen puts on Tom Jones music on the CD player, she begins to dance. There are headphones on the CD player, with the black wires hanging down in front of the player. In one shot of Karen dancing, the headphones / wire vanishes.
Continuity mistake: After Will tells Jack that he knows that he hasn't told his mum he's gay, Jack backs into the patio doors, and the blind unrolls itself. In following shots it alternates from rolled up / down. (01:07:30)

Continuity mistake: When Will and Grace sit on the couch eating the chocolate cake, in one shot Will gets a piece of cake on his fork and raises the utensil. In the very next shot the cake on the fork has vanished.

Revealing mistake: As Will and Jack walk along the street, out of NBC, they stop and Will says "Once you have a weatherman on your sideĀ ." you can see people across the street staring at the crew and actors, and one man even takes a photo. (00:16:55)

Continuity mistake: When the silly string fight happens, you see Nixon's can run out of string and he puts it back on the table when he takes off his mask. But when Will and Grace run back to grab the jaw-breaker, the can is suddenly full again as Will shoots Grace with it. (01:01:00)

Continuity mistake: As Will collects the paper from outside the door, We see Grace sitting at the table, a pad and pen on the table in front of her. In the next shot the pen has vanished, and a newspaper has appeared next to the pad. (00:01:30)

Continuity mistake: When Will and Grace are in Sandra Bernhard's bathroom, Grace takes a photo and then puts the camera in her arm. Between shots the position of the camera changes. (00:45:15)

Continuity mistake: When Will squeaks the toy newspaper, Pepper barks and Will throws the soft toy onto the couch. It lands right at the end of the sofa. In the following shot it's in the centre of the sofa. (00:19:35)

Continuity mistake: The chess pieces on Will's table keep moving around, despite the fact the game is over. (00:30:25)
Continuity mistake: When Karen is sitting at her desk, she says "get out, already," and she has one bottle of nail varnish in her hand, and there are bottles on the desk in front of her. In the next shot she holds about four bottles in her hand, and now the bottles on the desk in front of her are differently positioned. (00:29:25)
