Plot hole: The whole Series 7, episode 5 "Key Party" revolves around Will's 37th birthday. Yet in Series 8, Episode 2 ("I Second that Emotion") Will is talking with Karen at the bar and says "I'm unemployed, I'm single and I'm 41", and four years certainly didn't pass.
