The Truth About Will & Dogs (season 1, episode 10)
Visible crew/equipment: In most of Season One at least (choosing a specific moment here), Will and Grace have a large ornamental silver ball in their living room, which always reflects the studio lights and the fact that there is no fourth wall to the apartment.
Plot hole: In this episode, Will says that he "never saw himself as a dog person." But in a later episode, the one where he sees the psychic, he talks about how he had a dog when he was little and how much he loved the dog.
Continuity: When Karen spills her martini on the floor, she places the beige skirt she was holding down on the pile of clothes she was sorting out. In the next shot the clothes pile is arranged differently.
Continuity: Grace asks Will to watch the dog quickly as she goes to the bathroom. As she puts the dog on the sofa, the position of the wine bottle, wine glasses and cork on the coffee table change between shots.
Continuity: When Karen was at Will and Grace's flat with Jack babysitting the puppy. She puts her cocktail glass down on the table and leaves, but when Will and Grace come back from the movie there is no glass on the table.
