Head Case (season 1, episode 3)

Mistake Continuity: When Grace is showing Will her ideas for the bathroom, whenever she shows Will pages in her magazines, the pages they’re on change between shots, and the magazines on the table differ from opened/closed.

Mistake Continuity: When Grace is showing Will how small her bathroom is, she has a towel around her neck, which has a spot of shaving cream on it, yet in a closeup of her telling Will to open the cabinet door, the cream has vanished, then reappears again.

Mistake Continuity: When Grace is making coffee, she picks up a sugar stick to put in the coffee. When we switch to her at the design table the stick has vanished and instead she has gained a small milk tub which she pours into the coffee.

Mistake Continuity: As Karen holds Grace’s blueprints, the pages are stapled and she is holding them both. In the next shot one of the pages is hanging down loosely.
