Revealing: In several episodes, but mostly in series 6, we see lots of profile camera shots of just Lister and The Cat at the front of the cockpit in Starbug. Quite a few times you will see Lister mouth The Cat's lines so he knows when to start speaking and what to say.

Revealing: During the 'Two Listers' scene, specifically the cut when Kryten tosses the apples to the Listers, the split screen is quite visibly moving in between the chairs.

Continuity: When 'Kryten' kills the Psiren kissing Lister, Lister's locks move from outside his coat to inside in one cut.

Revealing: The spike that kills Pete Tranter's sister is visible before she reacts to it, just below her elbow.

Other: Kryten places Rimmer's light bee on the floor, then begins the process of reinitialising him. As the process finishes and Rimmer looks at Lister (who looks away), the light bee, which should be hovering within his torso projecting his image, is still visible on the floor between his feet.

Revealing: Just after we see the first meteorite, there is a brief moment where the model shot and the crew walking into the cockpit overlap causing both images to be seen together.

Continuity: When Lister shoots the Psiren pretending to be Kryten, his locks are under his chin. In the next shot, the locks are gone.

Visible crew/equipment: When Kryten says 'smug mode' a blurry boom mic can be seen in the top left corner of the screen.

Revealing: When Starbug gets hit by the meteorite, the word 'Starbug' on the ship is backwards revealing the film has been mirrored.

Continuity: Just before Pete Tranter's sister appears, Lister's locks are behind his back. In the next shot they are in front of his shoulder.

Visible crew/equipment: Just before Starbug gets hit by the meteorite, a boom mic shadow can be seen on the back wall next to Rimmer.

Visible crew/equipment: When Rimmer asks if Lister is going to fire with tin cans and banana peel, a boom mic can be seen on the right side of the screen above Rimmer's head.

Continuity: When Kryten gets up to fire from the waste disposal unit, he walks past Rimmer and reaches the door. In the next shot it shows Rimmer, and Kryten has vanished from the doorway.

Plot hole: When Rimmer is sitting on the swivel chair, he manages to turn the seat, impossible as he is a hologram.

Visible crew/equipment: When the Red Dwarf crew are talking about who Legion is (after Lister has poured his bucksfizz), Kryten then says, "Could our very presence here have inadvertently awoken him?" As he says this, at the left side of the screen the end of a camera lens pulls away.

Continuity: When Kryten explains about the wine, Lister's glass is half empty. When he tries to drink from it, it is almost full.

Continuity: When Lister gets hit in the face by the telekinetic wine, the level of wine does not go down in the glass.

Revealing: During the scene in the space station's dining room, when Craig Charles is making a speech explaining that they should escape, he stands up and pours himself a glass of Bucks Fizz. Craig fills the glass too soon (half way through the speach) and must realise, as he pours the drink back into the pitcher, and then begins filling his glass again.

Continuity: When Legion stabs his left hand, everyone grabs and shakes their left hands - except Lister, who grabs and shakes his RIGHT hand.

Continuity: When Lister says 'Hi, honey I'm home' his arm is swinging by his side. In the next shot he is holding his magazine in both hands.
