The Inquisitor (season 5, episode 2)

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: When Rimmer is being questioned by the Inquisitor, a full boom mic and arm can be seen rising out of shot by the three candles on the right of the screen.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: A boom mic shadow appears on Lister's head just after he opens the door with the severed hand.

Mistake Revealing: Just after the Trojans' conversation, there are two jolts. Lister jumps back too soon on the second jolt.

Mistake Continuity: When Starbug gets taken over and Kryten says it is not a malfunction, he has his hands in the air. The camera cuts to Rimmer, and Kryten's hands are by his side.

Mistake Continuity: When the Inquisitor jumps Kryten from behind, Kryten's arm changes positions between cuts.

Mistake Continuity: When the second version of Allman appears, he has his arms folded. In the next shot, they're down by his side.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the episode, when Lister and Kryten talk about Lister's comic, a boom mic shadow can be seen on Kryten's head.

Mistake Continuity: When the Cat says, "So what do we do with them?" Kryten disappears from Lister's left between camera shots.

Mistake Continuity: Lister says his ID code is Lister-D-00169, yet in Furture Echoes he gave it as RD-52169.

Mistake Continuity: Just after the inquisitor is frozen when Lister and Kryten switch gauntlets, the glove gets onto Kryten's hand in one camera cut.

Mistake Audio problem: When Kryten says 'Excuse me, could I just distract you for a brief second?' his lips are out of sync with the dialogue and continue to move after he has finished speaking.

Mistake Continuity: When Starbug jolts for the first time, Rimmer is looking to his right. The camera cuts and he is looking forwards.

Mistake Continuity: When Lister says 'We don't exist here anymore,' the way Kryten is facing changes between cuts.

Mistake Plot hole: Allman does not remember his trial when the Inquisitor erases him, yet Lister and Kryten do remember their trial when they are sentenced.

Mistake Continuity: When the Inquisitor attacks the crew in the lift, Kryten and the Cat go from crouching to standing stright up between camera angle switches.

Mistake Continuity: After the future Kryten cuts off the Inquisitor's hand with the chainsaw, he kicks the glove which lands about 7 feet away from Lister. In the next shot Lister simply bends down and picks the glove up from in front of him.

Mistake Continuity: When the Inquisitor jumps Kryten from behind, he used both hands. In the next shot he is only using one hand to hold him.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: When Lister is being taken over by the inquisitor, a boom mic shadow can be seen moving on Kryten's chest.
