In the scene where the Red Devils toast the 101st Airborne, when the camera shows the assembled soldiers you'll see Tom Hanks as one of the Red Devils in a beret at the back left (5 or 6 men in) with his right hand on his hip. His head moves forwards to become obscured behind another soldier.
Carentan (series 1)
The soldier on horseback says his name is "Farnsworth" to Winters, Farnsworth is played by Freddie Joe Farnsworth who helped train the actors during their boot camp.
Currahee (series 1)
Band of Brothers, Part I: near the end, when the DC-3s are taking off, the makers only had four planes to film the takeoffs so they shot multiple angles to make it look like there were more aircraft.
