Mistakes
In the scene just after Picard, Guinan, Ro, and Kako all beam back to the ship and have been transformed into children, their clothing has also shrunk and fits each of them perfectly. Later, Dr. Crusher even states "But as far as we can tell, only their bodies were changed", which does not account for the shrunken clothing. Nor does anyone on the medical team address the fact that the now pre-pubecent Captain Picard has an adult-sized parthenogenetic implant (fake heart) that was mentioned in many previous episodes.
