When Carrie is reading 'InStyle' magazine, there is a prominent photo of Big's recent girlfriend/actress "Willow Summers" on the cover. This photo looks exactly like the same actress who played Big's first wife (and publishing executive) during a previous season. This same woman appears in the previous episode when Carrie is walking down the street after having dinner with Big, and he tells her about Willow Summers. She stops when she sees a poster of the famous actress, and again the woman in the photo looks exactly like the woman who played Big's first wife. See more...

Continuity: After Amelita buys Carrie the shoes and Carrie turns to walk out, Amelita is standing right behind her still talking yet when the shot changes to Carrie walking out the door, although we can still hear Amelita chattering, she's no longer standing there or anywhere in sight.
