Continuity: In the scene where Rachel believes Joey has proposed to her at the hospital after having Emma. Ross is talking to Rachel about her saying yes to Joey's proposal. The nurse brings Emma in to breast feed. When the nurse leaves, she closes the door. However, when they shoot back to Joey a couple of times before he leaves the room, the door is open. (Time)

Continuity: In the one where Rachel is in the hospital after having Emma she is in the bed feeding Emma and Ross is sitting right beside of her. They are talking about their relationship and what should come. If you will watch each shot as they go to showing Rachel's face then Ross's you can see that Rachel's hair in one shot is in front of her shoulder and the next shot it is behind her shoulder. This happens several times.

Continuity: When the shot shows Joey in front of the hospital door the background is just a wall. However, in the last shot of the door in Season 8, the background behind the hospital door was a hallway.

Revealing: When Rachel is breastfeeding Emma for the first time, the baby's head is constantly moving in the same repetitive pattern suggesting it is one of those life-like dolls. Babies do not move their heads like that. (Time)

Continuity: In series 4 ("The One With Joey's New Girlfriend") Gunther is pretending to collect birthdays, and Ross starts saying "mine's December the..." before being cut off. However, in this episode Ross says his is on October 18th. (Time)

Continuity: In the coffee house, when Ross and Joey are having a fight about Joey's proposal to Rachel, Ross does the "quote gesture" with his hands and Joey says he doesn't know what this means. In TOW the Secret Closet, Joey used it himself when talking to Chandler, in the scene where he asks him to bring a bobby pin to pick the closet's lock. (Time)

Continuity: When Rachel wakes up Emma during a nap, against Phoebe's advice, there is a shot of Emma in the cot. She is wearing a plain pink hat, but in the next shot, when Rachel lifts her out of the cot, she is wearing a white hat with what looks like little flowers on it. (Time)

Revealing: When Emma starts crying and Rachel picks her up, look at how much the baby is moving when she takes it out of the cot. In the next shot it's suddenly only moving it's head, and very slowly at that. This is because it's a robot - and it's very obvious. (Time)

Continuity: When Ross and Rachel are talking about which muffin she wants, her sleeves move up and down her arms with the different shots. (Time)

Other: In this episode when Joey and Ross are filling out the form for Ross's hand in the ER, Ross states that his birthday is October 18th. However in Season 1 - The One With George Stephanopoulos, when Joey and Chandler are pretending to take Ross to the hockey game for his birthday he says that his birthday was 7 months ago. He then asks if today is October 20th.

Visible crew/equipment: When we first see Joey and Mike at the restaurant we can briefly see a boom mic above them.

Continuity: In "The One with the Sharks", Phoebe talks to Joey about how he's never been in a long term relationship. He has been, though - Angela Delveccio, who he went out with for three years. Submitted by Jon Sandys

Continuity: In 'The One With The Shark Porn' (Series 9), when Chandler and Monica are talking about his supposed shark obsession, Chandler's collar switches from up to down depending on the shot. It switches several times during the scene.

Continuity: When Chandler and Monica are talking about Chandler's shark obsession, his arms keep changing with each shot. When the shot is from behind (facing Monica) they are on the couch, and when the shot is in front (facing Chandler), his arms are folded in front of him.

Continuity: In The One With Phoebe's Birthday Dinner in series nine, Phoebe implies that her birthday is round about Halloween - October 31st. However, in The One With Frank Jr in series three, she tells Frank that her birthday is February 16th.

Continuity: Rachel is telling Ross why she doesn't want to go to the dinner, and she says "the first sign is I don't want to, and...I'm not going'. While she says this, her left hand is completely empty, but then in the next shot the camera goes back to Ross and she is now holding the baby monitor in that hand. It then moves around in different shots afterwards. (Time)

Deliberate "mistake": Across the whole show, whenever Ross closes his apartment, the door remains unlocked; but in this episode, when he and Rachel go outside, the door locks itself.

Continuity: Towards the end, during a scene at Ross and Rachel's, Sandy picks up two puppets and puts them on each hand. He starts pulling the blue one onto his left hand, but when the angle changes there's a yellow one on his left hand, and a blue one on his right. It cuts to Ross, then when we go back to Sandy they've changed hands again.
