Factual error: Monica takes an ovulation test to see if she is still ovulating. The ovulation test only works before you ovulate (usually 24 to 36 hrs), to detect the LH surge that comes before you ovulate. Once you ovulate that surge is gone and the test will not work. (00:08:20)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe and Joey are eating the baby food, Phoebe says 'Maybe once they start dating and see what's out there..." she puts the spoon in her mouth. Then when the shot changes to show Joey, her spoon is back in the jar. (00:03:25)

Factual error: The restaurant refuses to take anyone's orders until they're all seated, which means that the group is sitting, occupying a table, without earning any revenue for the restaurant. There isn't a restaurant in NYC that would have such a policy, since it basically guarantees that a table becomes a revenue vacuum. (It also makes for very unhappy customers, but that doesn't qualify it as a factual error, since some restaurants might be actually stupid enough to not care about their return customers).

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Joey and Phoebe are holding the lucky bone, which they have to break and make a wish, look at Joey's thumb; the location of it changes between shots. (00:05:40)

Revealing mistake: When Chandler grabs his bag he accidentally lets the box full of wedding china fall off the stool. Watch closely (play in slow-motion). The box falls on the floor and shattered china falls out. The china was ALREADY broken before it falls on the ground. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: Near the end when Rachel runs after Phoebe and Mike to ask Mike if the guy from the bar called, she leaves the apartment with her bag, which she places over her left shoulder. When she is talking to Mike the bag is gone, and then when she returns to the apartment she has her bag again. (00:20:30)
The One With the Male Nanny - S9-E6
Continuity mistake: When Ross walks in on Sandy and Joey playing the recorders, Joey puts his recorder down on the table in front of him, when Ross storms out of the room, the recorder is in a totally different position and also on the far end of the table. (00:24:55)
The One Where No One Proposes - S9-E1
Continuity mistake: In the one where Rachel is in the hospital after having Emma she is in the bed feeding Emma and Ross is sitting right beside of her. They are talking about their relationship and what should come. If you will watch each shot as they go to showing Rachel's face then Ross's you can see that Rachel's hair in one shot is in front of her shoulder and the next shot it is behind her shoulder. This happens several times. (00:20:55)
The One Where Rachel Goes Back To Work - S9-E11
Continuity mistake: Ross bends over Emma to kiss her and gets the bow stuck on his head. The bow is slightly over his left eye but in the next shot, it has moved to the centre of his forehead. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning when Joey is in Monica's apartment eating bacon, you see Joey reach for the bacon from the front, then in the next shot (side on) you see Joey reach for the bacon again. (00:02:10)
