The mistake you're adding a timecode for is:

Mistake Gollum says, "Clever Hobbits, to climb so high!" and leaps onto Frodo and Sam. When he rolls down the steps with Frodo, while Frodo is lying face down, one of Frodo's back suspenders pops off and the button can be seen flying off his back towards the ground. Of course the suspenders are fine in the following shots.

Please ONLY enter a timecode if you've got a precise DVD time in hours, minutes, seconds. Please enter the time as a few seconds before the actual mistake, so it's a bit easier to find. If you're submitting a time for a 2-disc film, please use the time from the start of whichever disc you're on (rather than total time into the film). The second timecode isn't needed if the mistake occurs across a relatively short time (ie. if something changes within a few seconds).
