The mistake you're adding a timecode for is:

Mistake This can only be done when viewing the DVD on a computer. On the Special Features DVD, go to Phase 2, then go to Deleted Scenes. Select the right arrow until you are at the last menu of deleted scenes and there is just one arrow pointing left near the bottom of the menu. Highlight this arrow, and move the mouse a bit to the right, and a grey dot will appear beside the arrow. Select this arrow to view a clip about rain on the set of Lost.

Please ONLY enter a timecode if you've got a precise DVD time in hours, minutes, seconds. Please enter the time as a few seconds before the actual mistake, so it's a bit easier to find. If you're submitting a time for a 2-disc film, please use the time from the start of whichever disc you're on (rather than total time into the film). The second timecode isn't needed if the mistake occurs across a relatively short time (ie. if something changes within a few seconds).
