Carver told Kira that they were on the same side and he wanted her to march the men that were shooting at them off of the roof. Nick races to the roof top and Carver beats him and pushes him to jump off of the roof top. Nick turns around and punches Carver and steals the syringe. The men pushed by Kira move behind Kira while Nick tries to get her attention. Nick injects himself and collapses on the floor. Agent Henry Carver says "What a waste" and walks away with Kira. The men that were under Kira's mind control disappeared from behind her.
