In the shots of the feet of the guys pushing at the back of the sled, you can see that the lower back of the sled is painted black with green stripes, the colours that they paint the sled in a scene a few minutes later. 1873 When they are in the motel in Calgary and when Ule Brenner answers the door in the back ground you can see that the little short guy (I can't think of his name) has a hat on. Then it goes to the person at the door ,then back to Ule with no hat on, then back to the door, then back to Ule with a hat on.
