When he backs up to ram the cab the first time, he rams the cab squarely in the back bumper. In the next shot, when he rams the cab again to push it over the hill, the cab is turned sideways, and he hits it on the door. 39102 When Shame points his gun to Luis when they are under the Skinhead meeting place, the camera angle from the front shows the gun resting on his forehead, but the camera angle from the rear show the gun resting on the side of his head.
