      <description>During the bedroom scene, Annett Benning is stroking her lover's chin. Depending on the camera angle (pointing at her or pointing at him) her hands switch from left to right and back to the left.</description>

      <description>Without giving away too much (I haven't seen this yet, and reading this entry ruined it for me...doh) - at the end someone gets shot, and we see the bullet clearly entering the middle of their chest. A bit later on, we see them again, and the wound's shifted to their stomach.</description>

      <description>Seconds before the bus blows you can clearly see the camera crew in a reflection of a car's windscreen.</description>

      <description>In the scene when Denzel goes to that garage and he's acting all hip and cool, then it gets attacked by the army or whatever, watch Denzels' hat - as he's running to the outside, first it's on, then it's not, then it's on again, then he takes it off.</description>

      <description>After discussing the torture of a prisoner, Hubbard begins to give a rousing speech to the General. Hub is shown walking forward into an open portion of the room, the walls a fair distance away. Then a quick cut shows him with his back nearly against the wall where he started, then the next shot of him has him back in the open area again, all with no time to make such location changes.</description>
