I am looking for a movie, possibly a Lifetime movie, it is about a boy who beat scoliosis as a child by swimming to the island near his home. One day a girl and her supposed father show up and the father is trying to court the boys mother. The girl and the boy get close and there is a scene where she nearly drowns him. I believe it turns out that the girl hired the man that is claimed to be her father and her real parents were killed in a car accident by the boy's father. Answer
I remember a detective movie from either the late 70's or early 80's in which one of the characters is found in his refrigerator. Throughout the remainder of the movie there are flashbacks to him sitting at a tape recorder discussing what he has discovered concerning the crime being investigated. These scenes are shown while the other characters are listening to the tape. Answer

A Lifetime movie based on a true story. A woman killed her husband who was abusive and on the police force. She changed identity, moved and remarried. They found her but I think her recent husband helps her and she get off. This movie was made around 80's or early 90's. Answer
I am looking for the name of a movie that may have been around the 80's or 90's. I don't remember exactly what happens, I think a boy is constantly being bullied by older kids. However, in one scene a boy is riding down the street on his bike and a guy throws a trash can at him knocking him over. Toward the end of the movie one boy has a gun and the other boy is worried for him, and all of a sudden the two boys start wrestling for the gun, and one kid is accidentally shot and rushed to the hospital. Hi, need help identifying this long lost film. Saw this movie about 35/40 years ago. It's in b/w and was probably made in the 1950's or 60's, or possibly earlier. It's about a group of school children and they're putting on a school play (possibly a religious play like Jesus and the Manger or something like that) and during the course of this one of the little girls in the class becomes very sick and ends up dying near the end of the film, and it affects one of her classmates (a young boy) who was kind of in love with her. I watched a movie when was a child(80s maybe 90s) and cannot remember what it is. It is black and white and the plot is as follows. A guy, maybe a gangster, gets paid off with a briefcase but it contains a bomb. He is nearly killed but nursed back to health by, I believe, nun nurses. He comes back and gives a briefcase to the guys who tried to kill him. They think he put a bomb in it but he put guns in it and kills them. Answer
I am looking for the title of a movie about a group of about six 20-ish year old friends who become stuck in a Cessna that they are unable to land after a pin (or something like that) becomes dislodged and gets stuck on another part, preventing that from moving so the plane can descend. They end up having to toss as much as they can out of the plane in an attempt to lessen the amount of weight in the plane to conserve fuel. The film starts with a somewhat flashback to when the female pilot was a child and the Cessna she was in (I think) with her parents and it has a mid-air collision with another plane. I believe this film is a Canadian-made film made in about 2009. Answer
Desperately looking for the name of a film I saw a bit of in the early to mid 90s on either HBO or Cinemax. A brunette woman is laying on the bed. A man is standing at the end of the bed, and says, "Paul would kill you if he knew you were here." She says, "Well then, you better be worth it." He throws a pile of money on the bed, and they proceed to have sex. While they do that, the film cuts back and forth to a man on a phone talking to someone. He says, "Senator, I've got the documents, the deal's going down at (so and so time)." Eventually, some other guy comes up from behind him and strangles him. It keeps going back and forth between these scenes, and as the man is closer and closer to death, the sex scene intensifies. Answer

I need help to find the title of a TV movie I watched on Australian TV about 10 years ago, I guess it was made in the 90's. It had Bryan Brown I think in a minor supporting role and was set in New Zealand. It is about a man with a biplane and a 12-ish year old son who eventually steals the plane (for attention) and crashes it on a beach. There is a female love interest for the father and some school scenes where the son is always in trouble. Answer
I am looking for the title of a movie that I think was an NBC "Movie of the Week"sometime between 1989 and 1990. I think it starred Meredith Baxter Birney who worked as a nurse. Her daughter had been raped. The mother becomes obsessed with bringing this rapist to justice. The police had no clues. The mother hangs out on the same street corner of the same bus stop where her daughter was abducted and raped for a year with her husband in a car nearby. The same guy who tried to rape her daughter tried to rape the mother. She was able to fight him off and get the police involved. Then a bunch of other women came forward saying he had done the same thing. It was based on a true story. I want this movie on a DVD. Does anyone know the name of this movie? Answer
I'm asking about a movie I saw when I was very small - this would have been in the late 60s or very early 70s (no later). I remember a man getting shoved in front of what was either a subway car or a regular train engine, and he gets run over. You can see his legs under the wheels. If I'm not mistaken, there's a scene afterward where a photographer had taken a picture just before the event, and you can see someone's hands shoving the man onto the tracks, so the authorities knew he'd been murdered and hadn't simply fallen by accident. Unfortunately, these few details are all I can remember. I'd love to know the name of this movie and see it again, as an adult, and be able to understand what was happening and process the "scary feelings" I had from watching it back then. Answer
I saw this African American film some years ago when I was young on Starz. I think the setting is in Brooklyn or New York and I remember the father worked at a gas station pumping. He was angry at the son for some reason, can't remember. The dad dies later on in the film. I believe he had on suspenders and a white shirt. It's a late 80's early 90's movie, I think. Answer
There's an animated movie with a girl turning into a bird. There are two scenes I remember from this movie. One is the girl being chased by a cook in a kitchen and the other is when she is with a boy in a swamp. Not sure if she has a blond or red hair. The last time I watched the movie on TV in 2006. I assume it was made a few years before 2006. It isn't The Swan Princess. Any ideas? Answer
I have been looking for the title of a very old black & white movie I saw back in the 60s. In the movie, a child is playing around a tall plant and then the plant eats the child. I think it was set in Africa. I was really horrified and have always wanted to see it again. Answer
There is a movie from the late 80s or early 90s. All I remember from it is that there was a father and daughter, the daughter got a part on a TV show and she had to cry and say the line, "I love the African Americans." She was supposed to hug the lady in front of her, but she ran off set to hug her dad instead. That's all I've got. I remember seeing an interview with the female director (casting director maybe?) of the movie who said that when the little girl came in to audition, she cried but had just gotten new glasses, so instead of rubbing her eyes to wipe away the tears, she rubbed her glasses. I watched a movie when I was a child, which would have come out in the late 1970's-early 1980's. The only scene I remember, which was near the start I believe, was a young knight, in full armour possibly, and he was walking along the castle walls pretending to fight someone with his sword. That's as much as I remember unfortunately but I did watch it over and over again. I remember watching the Muppets take Manhattan around the same time as this movie. Help on this would be greatly appreciated. Answer
