| The River | Why was this movie one of the first films to be rated PG-13? | Answer |
| Saints and Soldiers | We all assume, as I did when watching the movie, that the opening scene really was intended to be the Malmedy massacre. Could it have been that they were just hinting towards that, and that the opening scene (with the array of mixed Wehrmacht and SS, 101st Airborne and other which is historically not matching Malmedy) was simply another incident? Did the director ever intend to create a grossly false Malmedy scene? There were quite a lot more atrocities in that area and time, with executions of prisoners by both sides. | Answer |
| Saw III | So in this film, through the flashbacks, we learn a lot about the previous films. However, with all that is known, why does Jigsaw leave Adam in the bathroom and close the door? He says game over - did Adam fail? Is the suffocation by Amanda the punishment for failing? | Answer |
| Saw VI | In the beginning scene where the two participants had to cut flesh in order to survive, what was to stop them simply putting other stuff on the scales instead of flesh, such as the heavy tools and knives and escaping that way? | Answer |
| Scream | This confused me a little. At Stu's house, Randy answers the phone and hears about the principal's body being found hanging from a goal post on the football field. However, either Billy or Stu murdered the principal earlier in the day, so it seems that the other staff at school would have noticed that he was missing several hours ago. Billy and Stu are both at the party, so neither of them could have recently hung the body without someone finding it hours ago. Did one of the killers call and make up the story so that most of the kids would leave the house? | Answer |
| Scrubs | Across whole show: In general, the colour of scrubs indicates job. So what do the people in yellow scrubs do? | Answer |
| Sex and the City | twenty-something girls vs. thirty-something women: What songs (and musical group or singer) are played in the episode "Twenty-Something Girls vs. Thirty-Something Women"? In particular, a song that is played in the background during one particular scene that took place in a cabin. Thanks for any help with this. | Answer |
| Sex and the City | i heart ny: As mentioned in the commentary; this scene was filmed in the real Museum of Modern Art, and the painting is the real Monet 'Water Lilies'. They had to use an enormous number of lights and equipment to film these scenes in the museum. But in reality, light is not usually allowed on or near precious canvases as they can't be exposed to it. People are not even allowed to use flashbulbs, because of the damaging effect that light has on rare paintings. So how did they manage to film using a real Monet, and all those camera lights? | Answer |
| Sex and the City | the good fight: What's the name of the song that Samantha and Richard slow dance to at the swimming pool at the end of the episode? | Answer |
| The Shining | Who hurt Danny after his visit to room 237? | Answer |
| The Shining | Why is Grady referred to by two first names, Charles and Delbert? | Answer |
| Shutter | I wasn't quite sure in the movie, but what exactly did Ben take pictures of his friends doing to the girl? The pictures his wife later finds on the old camera? | Answer |
| The Simpsons | The Father, The Son, & The Holy Guest Star: In the episode, "The Father, the Son, and the Holy Guest Star", there's a montage in which Bart is praying, etc. I'd like to know the song that is playing in the background. I think its possibly Turkish? | Answer |
| The Simpsons | Across whole show: What was the name of the redhead woman with the kilt on, with Wille? (She only appeared once). | Answer |
| Six Feet Under | Across whole show: When the characters speak to the deceased in the show, are they supposed to be really speaking to them, or imagining it? | Answer |
| Some Kind of Wonderful | Probably doesn't constitute a mistake, but does beg a good question. After Keith finds out Amanda got detention, he purposely trips the school fire alarm so he can also get detention. Even back in the 80s, setting off a fire alarm was like screaming "FIRE!" in a crowded theater or calling in a bomb threat. Shouldn't Keith have received, at the very least, automatic expulsion instead of such a lenient punishment like detention? | Answer |
| The Sopranos | Whoever Did This: What actually did happen with the fire at the stables? I've always assumed Ralph did it since it happened right after Tony told him he was seeing Valentina, but having watched the episode again I'm not so sure it wasn't just a blown bulb and Tony was so upset he just assumed it was Ralph and killed him. Anyone know for sure? | Answer |
