Factual error: The uniform the female soldier is wearing when she comes back home is all wrong: the camo pattern is that of the USMC digital desert uniform but it has "US ARMY" chest tags (in a strange size and position, by the way). The US flag and unit insignia are on the wrong arms. The cut of the jacket is ACU, the pants are true USMC.

Plot hole: In the very first scene, where we can watch again the birth of the "Predator bred" Aline, the wound in the Predator's chest should be filled with fluorescent Pred blood, not gooey green slime, Aline blood. After all, it was a Predator's Chest.

Other: Compare the predators ship and crew from the end of AVP and start of AVP: Requiem. The end of the first movie shows the huge ship on the ice with a huge amount of predators. The size of the ship and crew seams to have been downsized in the beginning of the second movie.

Factual error: During the scene where the helicopter leaves the hospital roof, a Canadian registration number is visible under the front doors. An aircraft which operates solely within the US, which is what would almost definitely happen for a city in Colorado, would legally have to have a US registration due to sabotage laws concerning the registration of aircraft. AVPR was filmed in British Columbia, Canada, which explains a Canadian registration number, since all Canadian aircraft registration begin with "C".

Continuity: When the guy with the predator gun shoots the gate at the end, so they go to the chopper, the wire fence keeps changing its shape in different shots.
