Continuity: 2005 cable movie with Tom Berenger, Annabeth Gish, Sybil Shepherd. About 5 minutes before the end of the movie, Gish is holding Shepherd at gunpoint with a revolver pointed at Shepherd's neck. As Berenger enters the room, the click of the hammer being cocked is heard. The first 5 or so close up shots of Gish show her thumb on the cocked hammer. But in the next 3 or so close up shots the hammer is down and her thumb is down on the other side of the grips.
