Continuity: When Kersey shoots Vasquez behind him we see the squibs under his shirt make the classic plus shaped holes in that shirt, but every time we Vasquez's body after that there are no holes in his clothes at all and the bloodstains also move between the time he's seen on the floor and the time he's unpacked from the crate he ends up in.
