Visible crew/equipment: When Jamie leaves his father's house to meet Henry at the theatre, a member of the production crew can be seen standing behind a bush in the garden as his car reverses.

Continuity: When Lisa is attacked by the Doll and is spitting blood out on the floor, the white sheet on her back keeps moving from being wrapped down around her waist, to pulled back up almost to her shoulders between shots.

Continuity: When Lisa tells Jamie he should surrender to a takeout meal, she holds up leaflets. Between shots the leaflets change.

Continuity: After Lisa puts the white sheet over Billy the Doll, it constantly changes position in the way it is draped on the bed.

Continuity: The brown paper bag of Chinese that Jamie picks up has two paper notes stapled to it. When he enters the kitchen, he puts the bag down so that the notes face the camera. However in shots from the other side of the counter, the notes are still visible meaning the bag has rotated; this happens throughout the scene, with every shot change.

Continuity: At the beginning of the movie when Jamie leaves his father, his stepmom Ella follows him and his father's head remains in an upright position. However at the end of the movie when Jamie has a flashback of everything that happened, it shows Ella was using his father as a puppet. In the flashback sequence when she lets go of his father to follow Jamie, his father's head automatically drops on his chest and does not remain upright like it did earlier.

Continuity: When Lisa hears a noise in the apartment, she looks around and notices that all is becoming silent. So, as the camera zooms in to the kettle as it loses it's audibitily, watch the tin can beside the kettle change position between shots.

Continuity: When Jamie is inside the Chinese picking his takeout up, between shots the extras outside completely change between shots.

Continuity: When Jamie is fixing the sink pipe, the glove on his chest keeps appearing and vanishing during his conversation with Lisa.

Continuity: When Lisa puts Billy the Doll on the bed, she props him against the pillow so he is almost sitting upright. But when she walks over to the closet, Billy is now laying almost flat against the bed with just it's head on the pillow.
