Continuity: In the scene where Nacho puts chips on the ground as bait to get a wrestling partner, the shadow is in the middle of the alley then it moves to the middle of the alley wall. They were only there for about 40 seconds. It wouldn't move THAT much.

Continuity: When Nacho is giving his speech after his robe caught fire, the shadows behind him change back and forth dramatically.

Continuity: In the scene where Nacho is supposed to beat up the guys on his date with the nun, he's stretching by the wall. He sees two guys coming and jumps over to grab her. When he first grabs her, her left arm is free, but in the close up shot directly afterwards, her arms are both inside his. (Time)

Continuity: When Nacho and Esqueleto are at the pro wrester party, Ramses throws wine on Nacho's shirt just before he runs off to save Esqueleto from the fat woman. However, when Nacho gets there, his shirt is stained but suddenly dry.

Continuity: When Nacho is arguing with Esqueleto, he puts on his monk robe (without the hood) and the camera cuts to Esqueleto. When it cuts back to Nacho he suddenly has his hood on, with no time to do so while the camera was on Esqueleto.

Deliberate "mistake": In the final fight, Nacho pins Ramses outside the ring. Under Lucha Libre rules, a pin must take place inside the ring to be valid, so Nacho would not have won a bout this way, and the announcer did not mention anything about there being any special rules or stipulations for the match, such as "Falls count anywhere". Continuity: When Incarnacion breaks up the fight between the children in the schoolyard, Nacho is giving them a lecture. If you watch Chacho's cape tied around his neck, the knot changes from side to middle as they move from shot to shot.

Continuity: In the scene after Nacho drinks the eagle egg, we see him standing in the wrestling ring with his right arm out holding his cape and his left arm bent. However, when the camera cuts to a closer shot of him, his left arm is suddenly by his side.

Continuity: After Nacho and Esqueleto's first fight, the manager comes in and gives them money, and Nacho hastily pulls down his mask, leaving it askew. As the camera cuts back and forth between the duo and the manager, the mask changes position slightly.

Continuity: When Nacho Libre is serving the porridge and purposely misses the bowl, the amount spilled on the table changes back and forth between shots.

Continuity: In the scene where Nacho is eating toast with Encarnacion, his toast has a few bites out of it and then changes shapes between shots.

Continuity: In the scene when Jack Black is about to be unmasked and the kids are watching his match on TV, Chancho goes to to cover the TV. He is wearing a pink shirt but in the shot of him covering the TV he is wearing a white singlet.

Deliberate "mistake": Several of the matches Nacho loses, he should actually have won. In Mexican pro wrestling, it is illegal to rip another's mask off, and results in immediate disqualification. This happens twice to Nacho, both in the fight with the midgets and in the final against Ramses. Submitted by Twotall

Continuity: In the scene where Nacho asks for Ramses autograph from the kids, There is a man in the background eating a slice of watermelon. In one of the last shots the slice is almost full again.

Continuity: When Nacho is putting tortilla chips on the salad of Incarnation, he crushes them, blows them onto her salad, dusts the crumbs from his empty hand and in the next shot his hand is full again and he's sprinkling chips onto her salad.

Continuity: When Nacho is fighting Ramses in the last bout, Nacho gives Ramses a massive wedgie by pulling his tights way up over his head. In the next scene, Ramses' tights are back to normal.
