Continuity: In the kitchen scene at Greg Kinnear's house when Pierce is convincing Greg to fly to Arizona with him to do a job, the clock on the wall behind them first reads 5:45 am. In the next shot, the clock reads 5:28 am.

Continuity: When Danny Wright is carrying the tray of beers at the Tucson racetrack, the overhead camera shots show the beers having heads (froth) on them - yet the beers are obviously flat when he is shown head on.

Continuity: During the bar scene in Mexico when Pierce and Greg first meet, Pierce lights a cigarette, then puts it in his mouth. The camera cuts away right as he's putting the cigarette to his lips, but in the very next shot of him, (a close-up), there is no cigarette, and his mouth is closed.

Deliberate "mistake": It's Christmas in Denver and there is snow on the ground. However, there still are quite a fair amount of leaves on the trees in various shots.
