Factual error: When Paxton arrives at the station at the end of the movie he is supposed to be in Germany, yet there is a sign on the platform which reads 'Praha'. Also watch out for posters and signs in bad german language like an add which reads 'Neu am DVD' (should be 'Neu auf DVD') and a sign with 'Dieser Bahnhof wird Video - bewacht' ('Dieser Bahnhof wird videoüberwacht') on it.
Continuity: In the scene where Paxton runs over the three Slovakian scammers with his car. Just when he hits them, you can see for a split second that the dark haired girl in the middle smashes on the windshield and "sticks" on it. But in the next shot she can be seen rolling over the car. (Slow-motion is not needed to see this.)
Factual error: In the beginning, the Amsterdam redlight district is shown. They have shown windows on which sex scene shadows appear. Actually, all redlight windows in Amsterdam have big red-colored thick curtains which are closed when any customer gets in with the prostitute. There is no way that shadows can appear and visitors can see it from outside. Doors are also closed from inside, so it is not possible to open it as shown in the film.
Continuity: In the scene with Paxton being tortured, when the German takes the ball out of Paxton's mouth, when the ball falls to the ground, the straps form a circle. Right before the German slips on the ball when he charges at Paxton with the Chainsaw, the straps are perfectly straight, 180 degrees.
Continuity: When Paxton follows the Dutch businessman down the stairs into the station, he passes a girl with jeans, crop top/jacket and carrying a white bag who is beginning to go down the stairs. When the angle switches (looking up the stairs at Paxton coming down) the same girl passes him going up the stairs.
