Continuity: When Trevor is chasing the Pontiac and notes down the number plate, he writes (and says out loud) NRC 743, but when the shot changes to the plate itself, it shows 743 NRC.

Factual error: When Trevor is struck by the VW Beetle, not only is he not thrown forward along the Beetle's path, he actually lands well behind the point of impact - more than half the length of the parked van. He doesn't bounce off another object that changes his direction. He's just thrown up, then falls rearward above the car. (Time) Submitted by John W Rosa

Plot hole: When Trevor is following the red Firebird, he reads the plate number aloud as "743 CRN", and writes that on a piece of paper he shows the DMV later, yet the plate actually reads "CRN 743". This can be dismissed as the car being an illusion (tho why he'd say and write a number that isn't what he's imagining on the car is a paradox). But the 'mistake' in the film is that the correct number must be the one on paper, as it comes back as belonging to Trevor's own 'totaled' Firebird - yet it is exactly the reverse of the number on his current truck, "NRC 347" - and there's no chance one person would get both of them randomly issued by DMV.
