Continuity: When Mark tells Tim his little speech in Klingon, you can see the smoke from his cigarette rising up but cannot see the cigarette. The next shot he has his elbow on the table and is holding the cigarette parallel to his eyes. After this shot the cigarette goes back to being out of sight. (Time) Submitted by Lummie

Continuity: In a profile shot, Largeman and Sam sit close together in a bathtub talking about Largeman's mom. Largeman begins to tear up and when the film cuts to Sam saying "Largeman" we see she is suddenly leaning against the back of the tub. When it returns to the profile she is kneeling close to him again.

Continuity: When Andrew is in Dr. Cohen's office, Dr. Cohen takes off his glasses. The following shot they're back on and then they're off again. (Time)

Continuity: Whilst Largeman is saying goodbye to Sam in the airport and says to her "You've changed my life", Sam has her hand on her cheek and you can see she covers up part of her ear. When the shot changes to a closeup of Sam her hand has changed and is further up her head and covering her entire ear. You can also see that her facial expression has changed between shots going from her eyebrows and mouth being clenched to being relaxed. (Time) Submitted by Lummie

Revealing: In the beginning of the movie, there is a shot of Largeman opening a medicine cabinet. If you look on the mirror as he opens it, you can see the cut out of where the camera is hidden in the wall. This is pointed out by Braff in the commentary.

Continuity: In the scene when Largeman is talking to Sam in the doctor's waiting room, she gives him her headphones so he can listen to the Shins' song. In the shot that shows Largeman from the side he listens for a few seconds then starts to give a big smile and look at her, then it cuts back to a front view and he is blank faced again and looking down.

Continuity: Just before Largeman wakes up his dad, the father is sleeping with his head tilted back. In the next shot his head is tilted to the right. (Time) Submitted by Lummie

Continuity: As Largeman is making out with Dana (girl at the party) the shot shows him moving his left hand down her thigh and squeezing it. The following shot his hand is back to where it started and is stationary. (Time) Submitted by Lummie

Continuity: When Largeman is eating breakfast after waking up after the party (when he has BALLS written on his forehead) the milk is first turned with the handle facing him, and then in the next shot, the milk is turned with the handle facing away from him, then it is back to facing himin the next shot.

Continuity: In the first scene of the movie, there is a pretty black woman behind and to the left of Largeman who you see put the oxygen mask on, then in the next shot she isn't wearing it, then a shot or two later, she's wearing it again.

Factual error: Early in the movie, you see Largeman arrive at work and the hose from the gas station is still hanging out of the gas tank. The hose wouldn't have been frayed like it was shown. All pumps, at least in the U.S., have a breakaway point that allows the hose to break cleanly and reseal.

Continuity: When Kenny pulls Largeman over for speeding, he walks away from his patrol car with four white headlights blinking. In each of the following shots where his car is visible, only the inner two headlights are on. (Time)

Continuity: In bathtub scene, when Largeman is telling Sam about the memory that the necklace brings up of his mom, you can see the top of the Dixie cup on the other side of her. Sam hadn't gotten it yet, she will get it later to collect his tear by leaving the tub. When she does this, it is gone. The DVD has deleted shots of this scene that makes it right. Continuity: When Largeman is talking to Dr. Cohen, one of the diplomas keeps disappearing and reappearing. It is the small one next to the door. Submitted by Dr Wilson

Other: When Largeman is at the restaurant, the first place you see him is in the kitchen. When he exits the kitchen, if you look straight ahead, you can see some doors that open up to reveal the actual kitchen with waiters and cooks. The kitchen we see Largeman in was built as part of the set, and the kitchen we see straight ahead is the actual restaurant's kitchen. This is talked about on the commentary with Zach Braff and the other crew members.

Continuity: When Largeman is talking with the woman at the funeral, the pillow on her right side changes place between shots. Submitted by Dr Wilson

Factual error: The town that they live in can't exist geographically, despite being set in reality. Tim works as a knight for Medieval Times which is off rt 17 near Rutherford. They also mention that Sam's "brother", Tetembe, attends Rutgers which has a New Brunswick, Camden and Newark campus. The closest campus to Rutherford is Newark which is still about 40 minutes away, so in order for the characters to be in a suburban location within 15 or so minutes of both Medieval Times and Rutgers is geographically impossible.
