Plot hole: Although the one of the two thieves at the beginning wishes never to have been born (which is granted by the Wishmaster), some scenes later his girlfriend is looking at a photograph which shows him. The photograph should have disappeared too.
Plot hole: The Djinn takes human form by stealing the skin off a dead human. Though Andrew Divoff is a great actor for the part, he should not have been playing the Djinn again since this movie takes place in a time when the man Andrew Divoff is portraying has decomposed.
