Continuity: In the beginning of the movie, near the end of that first getaway scene, the black BMW is missing its passenger side-door mirror. It reappears from time to time, depending on the shot. It is first missing the mirror as the car approaches that train yard/docks area.

Continuity: In the scene where the Transporter jumps from the plane to the truck, the plane is a few above the truck. When he jumps it cuts to a shot form inside the plane, but you can see that they are now really high in the air. A split second later they are back to 5 feet above the truck.

Continuity: In the scene where Lai has to pee and runs off down the hill, we see Frank run after her and pick the duct tape (from her mouth) up off the ground. It is obviously covered in sticks and dirt when he finds it, only to be clean when he finds her and sticks it back on her mouth.

Continuity: As Lai is allowed to pee, she escapes. Frank gives chase, and she in her panic falls down the hill. Watching on DVD, you can see upskirt and note she was given flesh colored pantyhose. Before and after her tumble though, she is not wearing any.

Continuity: When Frank is shown removing his spare wheel from the trunk of the car, it appears to be a standard BMW alloy wheel (from a 740 series I believe). Then, when he is first lifting his car with the jack, the car has the standard BMW alloy wheel already installed on it, yet in the next shot where he removes the wheel, the it is his own aftermarket wheel that he is removing. He is then shown installing the standard alloy wheel.

Continuity: As Frank is checking the containers, Lai is held captive & drinking tea when her father comes in. After he slaps her, the tea bag & cup fall on the table. At first the bag is closer to Lai. Next the cup is closer. As the father leaves the room, you can see that the bag is closer again.

Factual error: In the end credits we see 'Newcaster' when it should read 'Newscaster'.

Continuity: In the bank robbery getaway scene at the start of the film, the Transporter tells the robbers to put their seat belts on, yet throughout the chase you can see them dissapear and reappear.

Continuity: In the scene at the waterfront, Frank and a thug go out the window into the water. When Frank gets out of the water, we see his arm reaching up to pull himself out and his arm is completely dry. In the next shot, he is wet again.

Continuity: In the first chase scene, just before Frank launches the BMW off of the narrow bridge, there's a shot of his feet at the pedals showing him mashing the gas pedal while we hear the engine revving and tires squealing. Shouldn't he have had the gas to the floorboard already? How have the tires been spinning up until then?

Continuity: When the bank robbers shoot one of themselves, the blood splatters onto the back window. During the straight after that car chase the blood appears and dissapears from the back window.

Plot hole: In the scene where Frank Martin steals the Mercedes, how does Li manage to open the rear door, get in the back and hide - all with her hands bound behind an office chair? Not to mention actually closing the door and hiding herself (and the chair) in the rear footwell long enough for Frank to drive off and not notice her until they are out on the road.

Plot hole: At the end of the film watch the people being released from the container very carefully. Despite being in the container for days on end, not one shields their eyes when exposed to natural sunlight. It would take several minutes for their eyes to readjust.

Continuity: In the scene where Martin launches his car onto a car transport truck a wheel comes off his car, only to be back in perfect condition shortly afterwards.

Continuity: When Li is talking to Frank and crying you see a close up of her face and her cheeks are very wet. They have a reaction shot of Frank and when the camera goes back to Li her face is completely dry.

Continuity: When the inspector comes into Frank's house for coffee, Frank pours some milk into his cup. In the following scenes the milk bottle is full again.

Continuity: At the beginning of the film, Frank is visited by the police inspector. He has a visible though muted scab on his right temple. It was not there before this scene, and goes away afterwards. Later in the film during the fight on the bus/wherehouse, he gets hit in the right temple and blood is drawn. Normally would seem to just be there for effect, but due to the scab shown earlier in the film, he must have really been hit pretty good.

Revealing: In the hospital room scene, Wall Street stuffed a a cloth into the man's mouth, killing him. Wall Street then hooks the life support wire to the other living guy. As he walks out, you can see the dead man's neck moving as if still breathing.

Continuity: In the first chase scene, at the time Frank is trapped between the police cars he screeches his tires for a long time. When he is flying off the bridge about to land on the car carrier truck, you see the rubber on his upper and lower left tires are completly gone but when Frank lands on the carrier all tires are good as new.

Revealing: As Frank is about to be shot in the warehouse, he pulls the Giant Thug in front of him as a body shield. They both fall back through the window and hit the water. Since an oil drum is thrown on the water then shot to light the water ablaze, Frank needs more oxygen. He goes to the Giant Thug to extract some from his lungs. Right before they cut to close-up, you see the Thug is a painfully obvious, stiff-armed dummy.
