Visible crew/equipment: There is a scene where the main characters are robbing an airplane on a deserted runway. In one shot, they move to a wide view of the entire plane - you can see quite clearly in the background a van and several crew members watching the filming. (they are facing the camera). In the next shot all those people are gone.

Visible crew/equipment: When they first drive onto airport property, you can see the film crew in Jimmy's sunglasses.

Continuity: When Bobby is leaving Joe's Marina because the Swiss job is bust, he walks outside and pulls the gun from his waistband which also pulls his shirt out from being tucked in his pants. The camera angle changes to a side view and his shirt is tucked in again.

Continuity: When Joe takes down his Quincy Marine sign, he holds it to his stomach by the top of the sign, and when the camera angle changes he is now holding the sign by its sides.

Continuity: When Fran is telling Mickey to leave Joe some money at least, you see Joe standing in the background with his hands on his hips. The camera zooms to where Joe is standing and he is now seen with his hands held up in the air.

Continuity: When Joe and Bobby meet at the diner after the gun battle, Joe's coffee can be seen steaming in one angle and not in the other. Happens about 3 times throughout the scene.

Continuity: In the first robbery scene we can see a taxi suddenly braking after the explosion. In the first shot the taxi comes clearly to a halt, in the next shot taken from a different angle it smashes into a parked car.

Plot hole: When the van crashes the boxes are revealed to contain washers, not gold. But how did they get there? Surely washers would never have been cargo on the plane, yet their weight would have been easily noticed if already in supposedly empty boxes when passed up to the plane - otherwise why bother with washers anyway?

Revealing: At 1:20:25 - Just after Joe and Bobby have returned to the plane to pick up the gold, we see 2 ground crewmen walking across the front of camera. One of them stares directly at the camera for a half-second, before shaking his head away, so as not to look like he's staring at the camera. (Danged extras. .).

Continuity: When the van pulls in front of the airplane to stop it they are about 10 feet in front of the airplane. The camera angle changes to a wide view and the van is not more than 30 feet in front of the airplane and it's not even in the same position as when it stopped.

Continuity: When Joe and Bobby convince the state trooper that everything is ok, we see the State trooper heading back to his car and reaching to his mic on his shoulder. The camera angle changes to a view from the side mirror of the car and we can see the state trooper walking to his car and reaching to his mic on his shoulder again.

Continuity: When Bobby and Joe are climbing back into the van from the plane, they both do it twice. The first time from the outside shot, and then again when the camera shows the view from inside the van.

Continuity: The contents of Joe's toolbox change from when he first opened it in the security booth to when it's opened again by Bobby on the plane.
