At the beginning of the film when they're in the car, Natalie drops the cigarette lighter on Jack's trousers. Shortly afterward, the whole car is full of smoke. After they turn around a sharp corner, the camera switches to an outside shot in which the smoke is gone. In the next shot, back in the car, the smoke reappears. See more...
