If you look out the window we can see he is flying on the spaceship's right side while spurting water on it. When it cuts we can see that none of the aircrafts are spurting water on the right side of spaceship until a few seconds later. See more...

Continuity: After discussing whether Anakin is the chosen one or not, the ship Yoda, Obi-Wan and Windu are flying on goes in for landing. When it goes down there is no trace of clones on the ground where it is about to land. When it cuts several clones awaits them. Also two huge vehicles suddenly appears on the ground.
