When Joey and Pacey are talking in the car as Pacey drives them to the Train Station, you can see at least 3 lanes full of cars and a great deal of traffic behind them. But when Pacey suddenly turns right, off the main road and into the entrance to the Train Station; you can see that suddenly the main road he has just turned off of is almost completely empty of any traffic in either direction, except a truck that drives by at the last minute. It also appears to be a smaller road. Apparently the scenes with their dialogue in the car were shot with background video that wasn't the actual location. See more...
Trivia
Originally, they were thinking of actually moving the show "Dawson's Creek" to another city in order to send off the main characters to Boston for College, etc. Cities considered as locations for College, etc. were Montreal, Vancouver, Baltimore, Austin, and San Diego. Baltimore ended up being the easiest city to 'fake as Boston'. But ultimately it was decided that it was simply too expensive to move the show; so they ended up sending their main characters to Boston, but actually keeping the show in Wilmington, NC and filming there during the 'College Years'. Dawson's Creek - Future Tense (S4 E4)
Continuity: During this episode, Jack injures his left shoulder playing football and has to wear a sling the entire time. Every single time Jack is shown, he is wearing a blue sling on his left arm, with the supporting strap across his right shoulder (to provide diagonal support), except once. During the party scene when Jack is talking to Dawson - the blue sling is suddenly over his right arm, with the supporting strap across his left shoulder.
