When Shaggy looks out into the cavern, he looks like he is about to cry, for no reason at all. This is because there was a scene directly before it in which Daphne's spirit thing was sucked out and she turned into a monster, which was eventually cut because it was too scary. See more...
When Shaggy and Scooby are riding the quad bikes, they stop to pick up Mary-Jane. They then ride off, and one man jumps athletically into the air, to try and catch them, revealing knee-pads under his shorts to protect him when he falls to the floor.
