Later when Cindy says "there's something on the other side of the door", you can see a shadow walking back and forth behind the door. Continuity: When we first see Tom lying in bed sleeping, there is a closeup of his bedside desk, and you can see a watch laying on the edge of it. Then as it cuts to a wide shot, you can see the watch again, but it is now laying at a different angle.
