Mistakes
Throughout the Quidditch match, Harry's right arm guard is visible. At the top, over his elbow, there is an attached strip of leather that is tied securely around his arm and the three short straps are snugly buckled around his forearm. However, as the Bludger approaches just before breaking his arm, the ties on the strip of leather are GONE, though visibly tucked up in the close-up and the buckled straps are considerably LONGER, deliberately causing the arm guard to be very loose. Trivia
There's been some discussion whether Lucius Malfoy starts saying "Avada-" or "Vera-" after Harry freed Dobby. It's not so easy to decide in the English version, although the DVD subtitles say "Vera-". In the German version, it's a lot easier, he says "Avada-" without any doubt. So it seems either the translators did not read the original script, or Malfoy does say "Avada-" in the English version (and they tried to cover it up for some reason by using a different subtitle). For those who have not read past book three, "Avada" is the first part of the spell "Avada Kedavra", a powerful killing spell that is highly illegal in the wizarding world. This is why this piece of trivia is important - many fans are perplexed as to why dear Lucius was performing such a spell directly outside Dumbledore's office. See more...

Revealing: As Harry chases the Snitch after his arm is broken, he reaches and catches it in the shot facing him. In the next side shot, as he begins to roll over while still balancing on top his broom, the attached foot rest is visible between his thighs. However, when he rolls under his broom then skids to the ground, it is clear that the foot rest is gone. Whether the foot rest is in the open or closed position, it would still be visible either above or below his leg.
