Near the end of the film when Peter takes his costume back from inside the Bugle, Peter's boss at the Bugle takes down the note left in a web, in one shot his fingers are half way up the note, in the following shot there right on the edge. See more...

"The Punisher" has a small cameo in Spider-Man 2. At the end when Mary Jane is running through the park with her wedding dress on, Thomas Jane can be seen glancing at her while she runs past. [This cameo has been highly debated for the fact that Jane is not credited. While uncredited cameos are not unusual, there does not appear to be any reliable source that confirms or denies his cameo in the film.] See more...

Continuity: Peter has a small horseshoe-shaped scar on his right cheek. In Dr. Octopus's lab, as Octopus is destroying the fusion reactor, they share a meaningful look and the scar has switched cheeks.
