In the overhead aerial shot, as last year's Miss United States walks onstage with the tiara on the pillow, the tiara is in the center of the pillow near her body. In the next close-up, the tiara is now angled and in a completely different position on the pillow. In the next shot it's in the same position as the first shot. See more...
Trivia
On the commentary, the director and screenwriter both say that not only are Vic's and Gracie's rooms numbered 103, but the agents' surveillance room is also numbered 103. Yet when Gracie unlocks the door to the surveillance room, after beer and pizza at the club, we see that the room number is 106, not 103, as claimed on the commentary. See more...
Gracie Lou enters the dressing room prior to the bathing suit competition, we see her peeking around a rack of clothing with only her head visible, with a towel wrapped around her. The agents in the surveillance room see the other contestants on the monitor, yet the flag cam, which is pinned onto the top of the sash just above the 'N' in New Jersey, is very clearly covered with the towel that she has wrapped around herself, until she walks over to the mirror.
