Mistakes
During the rooftop scene check out the tiling situation. When Neo takes two bullets, he falls to the ground. He lies mainly inside one tile, even the left gun fits in. (And it's on a vertical line) His top hand lies just on the line. Now, watch again when the agent is dead. All of the sudden he's in-between two tiles, and the gun is now on a horizontal line, but not a vertical. See more...
Trivia
When Morpheus and Neo are in the elevator to see The Oracle, look and the wall to the left of Neo's head when they focus on him. Notice the name "Kym" scratched in? Kym Barrett is the name of the costume designer. See more...
When Morpheus is being interrogated by the agent alone, the camera switches from behind Morpheus, to just forward of him and back a few times. If you look at the agent's hand on Morpheus' head, you can see that his fingers switch from behind his ear to both sides of his ears as the camera changes.
