Mistakes

After Jay and Kay go to see Jeebs about the deneuralizer, Kay leaves and the bad aliens come crashing through the walls. Jay shoots Jeebs head off and, as it's growing back, he says he got shot "right in the pie-hole" (mouth). However he was facing away from Jay when he was shot and it was above the mouth area. Trivia

In the MIB head quarters, when they've got the inspecting thing you go past (this is almost right before Serleena takes over the building), you can see a bald looking alien. You then watch from the back view as a ponytailed, earring wearing man puts a wig on the alien to make it look human. The man with the ponytail is Academy Award Winner Rick Baker, who did all the makeup effects for this film and the first Men In Black film. See more...

In the opening scene when Sarleena takes the Vic Secret model's appearance the tenticles are just completing her face when the guy grabs her. He had to have seen the tenticles "building" her as he was walking up to her.
