Buffy The Vampire Slayer - The Wish (S3 E9)
In 'The Wish', when Cordelia is cutting up the photo of Xander at the start she chops his head off high up on the neck. When she sets fire to the remains it shows a piece of the photo burning, and the cut is around shoulder level.
